Submit great photos & rosters

A few simple things make the difference between a good card and a great one. Here's how to give us what we need.

Photos

Use a high-resolution photo

At least 1200px on the short side. Phone photos are great — just don't crop or zoom in before sending.

Good, even lighting

Natural daylight or bright indoor light. Avoid harsh shadows across the face and strong backlight.

Center the subject

Frame the player from the chest up with a little headroom. We handle the final crop to fit the card.

JPG or PNG

Standard photo formats up to ~25MB. Skip screenshots, filters, and heavy compression.

Roster & card details

What to include per card

For teams, a CSV or spreadsheet is fastest — one row per player. Each design defines its own fields, but these are the common ones:

Player name Jersey number Position Team / season Grad year (optional)

What to avoid

Blurry, dark, or low-resolution images
Photos cropped too tight (no room to frame)
Group shots when you need an individual card
Screenshots or photos of printed photos

Don't worry about perfection — we send a proof of every card and won't print until you approve it.
