Pop1 Moments (“Pop1,” “we,” “us”) makes custom trading cards from photos and details you provide. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
- Account & contact details — name, email, phone, and shipping address you provide when you sign in, place an order, or apply for a club program.
- Photos & card content — images and field values (names, numbers, teams, etc.) you upload to create cards, including roster files for club programs.
- Order information — the cards you design, order history, proofs, and any notes you leave.
- Payment information — when payments are enabled, card payments are processed by a third-party payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
- Technical data — log data, device/browser information, and cookies used to keep you signed in and to operate the site.
How we use your information
- To design, produce, and ship your cards, and to process orders and proofs.
- To authenticate you (one-time sign-in codes) and keep your account secure.
- To send transactional email about your orders (confirmations, proofs, shipping, delivery) and club applications.
- To prevent fraud and abuse (including bot-detection on forms) and to comply with legal obligations.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, such as:
- Hosting and database providers (e.g., Vercel, Neon) and file storage for your photos and proofs.
- Email delivery (e.g., Resend) for transactional messages.
- A payment processor (when payments are enabled) to charge for orders.
- Bot/abuse-prevention services (e.g., Google reCAPTCHA).
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
Children's privacy
Pop1 is intended for use by adults (for example, parents, coaches, and club coordinators). Card photos often depict minors but are uploaded by the adult creating the order. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to create accounts or submit their own information. The adult who uploads a photo is responsible for having the right and any necessary consent to use that image. If you believe a child has provided us information directly, contact us and we will delete it.
How we protect photos
Uploaded photos and proofs are stored privately and served only to authorized viewers — the account that owns the order, an admin, or someone holding the order's or program's secure access link. They are not published to a public, browsable location.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. You may request deletion of your account and associated photos (subject to records we must retain) by contacting us.
Your choices & rights
- Access, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting us.
- Opt out of non-essential email; transactional order email is required to fulfill your order.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies that are necessary to keep you signed in and to operate the site securely. We do not use them to build advertising profiles.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
