These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Pop1 Moments (“Pop1,” “we,” “us”), including designing and ordering custom cards. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account or place an order. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in access secure.

Orders, proofs & payment

• Prices are shown at checkout and may change over time. Order totals are calculated by us at the time of purchase.
• We prepare design proofs for your review. You are responsible for checking spelling, numbers, photos, and details before production.
• When payments are enabled, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your selected payment method for your order.
• Because cards are custom-made for you, orders may not be cancellable once production begins. Contact us promptly with any issue.

Your content & the rights you grant

You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload (“Your Content”). You grant Pop1 a limited license to host, reproduce, and use Your Content solely to design, produce, and deliver your order and to operate the service. You represent that:

• You own or have permission to use Your Content, including any photos of other people.
• If Your Content depicts a minor, you are the minor's parent or guardian, or you have obtained their consent to use the image.
• Your Content does not infringe anyone's rights or violate any law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Pop1 to create or upload content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, defamatory, or that you do not have the rights to use. We may refuse or cancel any order that violates these Terms.

Intellectual property

The site, our templates, designs, and branding are owned by Pop1 or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy or reuse them except as needed to use the service.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that printed colors will exactly match what appears on your screen.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pop1 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
